The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams is a memory play set in 1930s St. Louis. It follows Tom Wingfield as he reflects on life with his mother Amanda and his sister Laura. The story centers on family pressure, personal responsibility, and the tension between reality and escape, told through a quiet, intimate lens.

Auditions will take place on April 6 and April 7 at 11th Hour Theatre & Creative Studio.

Roles
Tom Wingfield – The narrator and son, restless and seeking a way out
Amanda Wingfield – The mother, clinging to her past and pushing for her children’s success
Laura Wingfield – The daughter, shy and withdrawn, with a deep inner world
Jim O’Connor – The gentleman caller, confident and well-meaning
